Overview
Menku Studio (“we,” “us,” or the “Operator”) processes information under this policy when providing the mobile game Glory Duel(the “App”). This policy also applies to the App's account and data deletion website.
We do not sell personal information. We process information only as needed to operate the App, keep it secure, moderate community features, and provide advertising rewards selected by the player.

Custom room names are visible to other players. Do not include your or anyone else's real name, contact details, address, or other personal data.

Choices and consent
Account identifiers and gameplay data are required for multiplayer and cloud saving. Refusing necessary processing may make those features unavailable or prevent progress restoration.
Where applicable, Google's consent interface lets you choose how ads are personalized. Refusing or withdrawing consent may still result in limited ads. Skipping an optional rewarded ad only means that its reward is not granted. Android settings also let you reset or delete the ad ID.

International processing
The App uses global cloud and advertising services. Information may be encrypted in transit and processed in countries where Unity, Google, their affiliates, data centers, or service providers operate, including the United States.

You may decline ad consent or stop using the App and request deletion. Some cloud-based features cannot operate without international processing.

Retention and deletion

After the retention period, data is securely deleted or de-identified so it no longer identifies a person.

Your rights and deletion requests
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable law. We may ask for additional information to protect the account and verify the requester.
Deleting Glory Duel data does not delete your Google Account, Google Play Games profile, or information independently controlled by Google. Use the relevant provider's account and privacy controls for that data.

Children's privacy
The App is not designed for children under 14. A user who requires parental consent under applicable law must not use the App or provide information without valid guardian consent. Contact us if you believe a child's information was processed without required consent.

Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted transmission, access controls, protected server data, input validation, report rate limits, and duplicate prevention. No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the App, law, or our data practices change. We will show the effective date and provide advance notice through the App or this website when a change materially affects user rights.
