Use the email button below to request deletion of your entire Glory Duel account and associated game data, or specific data you identify.

Information to provide
Include as much of the following as you reasonably can. We use it only to locate the account and prevent unauthorized deletion.
- 1Deletion scope
“Delete my account and all data,” or identify the specific data to delete
- 2Account clues
If known, your Unity Player ID, Google Play Games public profile name, or in-game display name
- 3Verification details
Approximate last use date, device model, or other minimum information that helps distinguish the account
Never send a password, Google Account password, verification code, payment details, or government identification number.

Process and timing
- 01Request received
We review the requested scope and information provided.
- 02Account verification
We may request more information to protect the account. If it cannot be identified, we explain available options.
- 03Deletion
After verification, we normally delete the account and associated data under our control within 30 days.
- 04Confirmation
We confirm completion or explain any limited retention and its duration.

Data deleted and limited retention

Before you delete
- Deletion is permanentGame progress, rank, tickets and other deleted data cannot be restored.
- Uninstalling is differentRemoving the App from your device does not automatically delete server data.
- Your Google Account remainsThis request does not delete your Google Account or Google Play Games profile. Use Google's controls for information independently held by Google.
- No subscription to cancelGlory Duel currently has no paid subscription offered by Menku Studio.
