Acceptance and scope
These Terms apply to Glory Duel and related services provided by Menku Studio. By installing, launching, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Before creating a custom PVP room name, you must separately accept the community rules shown in the App.

Eligibility
You must be at least 14 to use the App. If you are a minor where you live, your parent or guardian is responsible for your use and compliance. You may not use the service if prohibited by applicable law or sanctions.

Accounts and devices
The App creates an anonymous Unity Player ID and may link it to Google Play Games. Keep your device and linked accounts secure. Do not share or misuse tokens, passwords, verification codes, or another person's account.
If you do not link an anonymous account to an external provider, progress may be unrecoverable after uninstalling, clearing App data, or changing devices.

Limited license and intellectual property
While you comply with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the App. Rights in the App, rules, graphics, music, code, marks and Operator-provided content belong to us or their lawful owners.

Gameplay, virtual items, and rewarded ads
- Virtual progressRank, tickets, rewards and other in-game values are limited service permissions, not cash or property, and cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed.
- Rewarded adsWatching an ad is optional. Rewards require normal completion and server validation. Errors, duplicates or fraudulent requests may be rejected or corrected.
- BalanceWe may reasonably adjust characters, rules, rewards, ticket recovery and rank calculations to maintain fairness and operations.

Custom PVP room names
A room name is user-generated content written by a player and visible to others. You are responsible for what you submit and must hold all rights needed to post it.
Do not include real names, contact details, addresses, credentials, or other personal information. We do not claim ownership of room names beyond permissions reasonably necessary to operate, protect and promote the service.

Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal or harmful contentContent promoting crime, threats, self-harm, child exploitation, or violations of law or Google Play policies
- Hate and harassmentAbuse, insults, threats, bullying, discrimination, or hateful content targeting protected characteristics
- Sexual contentObscene or sexually exploitative content, non-consensual sexual content, or any sexual content involving minors
- Privacy and impersonationExposing personal information, impersonating others, or misleading users into believing an account is official
- Spam and infringementAdvertising, flooding, phishing, malicious links, or infringement of copyright, trademark, or other rights
- Cheating and interferenceCheats, bots, modified clients, vulnerability exploitation, result or reward manipulation, reverse engineering, service disruption, or interfering with normal play

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement
You can report inappropriate rooms and block hosts in the App. Reports must be accurate and made in good faith. Do not use reporting to harass players or disrupt fair competition.
We may review reports, automated filters, usage records and reasonably available evidence and may limit visibility, remove content, warn users, restrict features, invalidate matches, revoke rewards, or suspend access temporarily or permanently. We may act without advance notice for urgent safety or legal reasons.
You may appeal an enforcement action by emailing your Player ID and reasons within 30 days after learning of the action. We are not required to pre-screen all content or individually respond to every report.

Third-party services and ads
The App uses Unity Gaming Services, Google Play Games and Google AdMob. Their terms and privacy policies may also apply. Those providers control their own outages, account actions and policy changes.

Service and Terms changes; shutdown
We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, legal, technical or operational reasons. Where practical, we will give advance notice of changes likely to materially disadvantage users.
Updated Terms will show a new effective date. Continued use after that date means acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the App and request deletion.

Responsibility and limitations
We use reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free operation or compatibility with every device. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for events caused by users, devices, networks, force majeure, or third-party services beyond our control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will first try to resolve disputes through good-faith discussion. Unresolved disputes are submitted to a court with jurisdiction under applicable Korean procedural law, unless mandatory consumer law where you live requires otherwise.
